Pâsur is operated by Willow Glen Equity LLC and is a free web, iOS, and Android version of the Persian card game of the same name. By signing in and playing, you agree to these terms with Willow Glen Equity LLC. These terms are short on purpose.

1. The service

Pâsur lets you play two-player card games on the web and iOS, either live or asynchronously, or practice against computer opponents. It's offered as-is with no uptime, availability, or feature guarantees. We may change, pause, or shut the service down at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in through our authentication provider. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure. One human, one account — please don't create duplicates to manipulate matches or stats. You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the iOS app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automation to play on your behalf.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service for anything illegal.

We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Your content

The only "content" you contribute is gameplay (cards played, scores) and your display name + avatar. You keep ownership of those. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display them so the game works (e.g. showing your name to your opponent).

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your game state will always be preserved. Don't bet money on Pâsur.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us — which, for a free service, is zero.

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes will be flagged on next sign-in.
